More than 42 million family in the United State face the daily challenges of taking care of their elders.
It is only logical that this number will grow in the future as the population soars.
Most of the people who take care of their parents or other family member work at a regular job all day.
About 40 percent of those who care for their elder also take care of their own children.
Over 70 percent of caregivers are women, and nearly one-third of these women are over the age of 65.
Amazingly, eight out of ten caregiver provide care for an average of four hour, a day, seven days a week.
